Roof Replacement in Grogan's Mill

Grogan's Mill opened on October 19, 1974, named for the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Company that had owned and operated the land, and it is still known locally as the gateway to The Woodlands. Fifty years of roofs is a different problem than twenty.
