Roof Repair in Panther Creek

Panther Creek was the second village to open, in 1977, and it takes its name from the body of water along its eastern edge. It is also the village with the dragon, which is the landmark residents actually give directions by. The roofing consequence of all that green is specific: creek-side and greenbelt lots have canopy sitting directly over the roof plane rather than off to one side, so limbs come down onto shingles instead of into the yard.
