About the Work You Just Looked At

ROYH Build Co is a new company, founded in 2026, but the crews and the people running them are not new to roofing. Seth Wehunt and his partner Mason bring decades of combined experience between them, and that experience has produced a long list of commercial jobs and high-end residential work. The photos above come from those jobs. Everything here is real photography from real job sites, which is why you will see crews mid tear-off, blue tarps over flower beds, and dump trailers in driveways alongside the finished drone shots.

You can see the whole arc of a project in this gallery if you look for it. Tear-off down to bare decking, deck inspection and repair where rot turns up, synthetic underlayment across the full roof plane, then shingles, ridge cap, and flashing. That sequence is the same one described step by step on our process page, and the cleanup that follows it is covered under what sets us apart, including the LumaNail luminescent nails and the Catch-All perimeter debris system that keep a job site from leaving a mess behind.

Materials in these photos come from the supplier partners ROYH Build Co works through, including GAF and Atlas for asphalt shingles, both at Platinum tier, CertainTeed for additional shingle lines, McElroy Metal for standing seam and R-panel, Westlake Royal for Spanish tile and concrete slate, Duro-Last and Versico for commercial membrane systems, James Hardie and Nichiha for siding, and Senox with LeafBlaster guards for gutters. If you see a roof in this gallery that looks like what you want on your own house, request a free inspection and we will tell you what it would take. You can also check whether we cover your area on the service areas page.

Questions About the Gallery

Are these photos of your own work?

Yes. Every photo on this page is real photography from jobs the crews behind ROYH Build Co have completed. Nothing here is stock photography, a supplier catalog image, or a computer rendering. Many of the aerial shots were taken by drone on the job site, which is why you can see crews working, materials staged in driveways, and tarps protecting landscaping mid-project. ROYH Build Co was founded in 2026, and the crews and leadership bring decades of combined experience from work that predates the company itself, which is what you are looking at here.

What kinds of projects does the gallery show?

The gallery covers the full range of work ROYH Build Co takes on. On the residential side that means asphalt and architectural shingle roof replacements, tile roofs in both clay and concrete, and standing seam metal. On the commercial side it includes TPO and PVC single-ply membrane roofs on retail centers, restaurants, school campuses, childcare centers, apartment communities, and a senior living community, plus metal building construction. There are also siding replacements, gutter and gutter guard installations, and chimney chase rebuilds with custom flashing. You can filter the grid by service to see just one category.

Why do some photos show a roof that is only half finished?

Because that is what most of a roofing job actually looks like. The Work in Progress filter collects shots taken mid-job: tear-off down to bare decking, deck inspection, synthetic underlayment rolled out across the roof plane, shingles and ridge cap going on, and crews working roped in on steep sections. We publish those alongside the finished drone shots on purpose. A finished roof photo tells you very little about how the work was done, and the mid-job frames show the tarped landscaping, the contained debris, and the deck condition underneath that a completed photo hides.

Why do the photos not say which city each project is in?

Homeowner privacy. Drone photos carry GPS coordinates in their metadata, and the residential shots in this gallery were taken directly over people's houses, so that location data was stripped before any of these images went on the site. We would rather publish a photo with no location attached than one that points at a customer's address. If you want to know whether we have worked near you, call and ask. ROYH Build Co serves The Woodlands, Magnolia, and the greater Houston area, and you can see the full list on the service areas page.

Do you take on commercial roofing projects?

Yes, though residential roofing is the primary focus. The commercial photos in this gallery include single-ply TPO and PVC membrane systems on retail plazas, restaurants, car washes, school campuses, and a senior living community, along with R-panel metal roofs and full metal building construction. Commercial work is sourced through supplier partners including Duro-Last and Versico for membrane systems and McElroy Metal for metal panels. If you have a flat or low-slope roof that needs assessment, get in touch and we will come look at it.
