Stucco Repair and Roofing in High Meadow Ranch

High Meadow Ranch is one of the established acreage communities in Magnolia, with lot sizes running from a single acre up to ten and a mandatory homeowners association keeping the standards where they are. The High Meadow Ranch Golf Club at its center is a public 18-hole course, and the community carries a recreation center with a pool, tennis courts, baseball fields, and hike-and-bike trails, which is more amenity than most acreage subdivisions bother with.

What acreage changes about our work is access. Long private drives, mature tree cover directly over the roof, and houses set well back from the road mean staging and equipment placement get planned in advance rather than improvised. That is a scheduling question, and it stops being a problem the moment somebody walks the property first.

The cluster of Mediterranean-style homes out here, arched facades and stucco exteriors on wooded lots, is the specific reason ROYH makes its own stucco. Stucco repair lives or dies on whether the patch disappears, and color and texture matching across two different batch processes is exactly where a repair leaves a visible seam at the boundary between old and new wall. Mediterranean elevations usually come with a tile roof, and tile on a wooded acreage lot behaves differently than tile on an open one. Debris loads the valleys and pans, the underlayment beneath the tile does the actual waterproofing and ages out of sight, and walking a tile field wrong breaks pieces that then have to be matched.
