Magnolia's population roughly tripled between 2020 and 2025, and you can see why driving through town on any given weekend. Kresston alone covers 1,400 acres with roughly 3,500 homes planned across six national builders, and sales only began in early 2025. Magnolia Woods started selling in mid-2025 with more than 1,300 homes from LGI Homes and Terrata Homes. Magnolia Springs adds another 665 acres to the mix on the other side of town.
