A roof ventilation system only works when intake and exhaust are matched. Exhaust vents, like a ridge vent or a powered attic fan, let hot, humid attic air escape at the highest point of the roof. Intake vents typically sit at the soffit under the eaves. They pull cooler outside air in at the lowest point. Air Vent designs its products around that pairing on purpose.
